I'm the pioneer of Filipino point of view stand up comedy in the Philippines with a regional focus on Asia. I'm inventing what that really means along the way.
Here’s another funny sign that doesn’t make sense to me at all. I saw this one along that road going to White Plains from EDSA. I thought the whole point of advertising what to sell. Maybe they’re using reverse psychology marketing. Hmmm….
it seems that the owners are pissed-off with so many people asking whether the said property is for sale or not… which is the reason why they posted that huge sign so that people would stop asking them…
some land owners makes those signs so no one would try to sell that land, because there are cases that some people pretend to be the owners and try to sell it.

only my assumptions
ha ha! true. but now they’re attracting it more… law of attraction.
ha ha..yeah it’s true… law of attraction do not recognize the word ‘not’ … that is why are attracting more inquiries..
parang ” Bawal Umihi dito” at Bawal magtapon ng basura” lang yan.. Kung saan bawal.. doon pa ginagawa..
