We went to Tarlac for a government business deal. While we were waiting for the government official who never showed up because of his busy schedule, we entertained ourselves by watching a preview to the ballroom dancing competition of the 2010 Palarong Pambansa held in Tarlac. I’ve never seen little kids dance so well. These guys were pretty serious in their Latin dance. Here’s a short video. Sorry about the quality, I’m still waiting for my FlipHD to arrive in the mail.
